I just wanted to send you a note telling you and the Marshall folks how great the service has always been with your company. No matter what area we are dealing with, the service is always super prompt and the guys who come out to do the work are really good and incredibly nice. Since we bought the house we always try to give all our business to the local Montauk companies, but you guys really standout. Marshall's was fast and efficient! My car got stuck in the sand on the beach at hither hills beach. They helped with a very stressful situation. It was $350 cash - I would highly recommend this place for an emergency tow.

Reasonable and helpful. They towed me off the road when my car broke down. They got there quick even though it was after hours. I was away from home on vacation and was a prime candidate to get screwed over if they wanted to… I was originally going to have them fix the car too, but ended up canceling because I had a warranty. They could have justifiably charged me storage and for the time/travel for getting the parts, but they didn’t. They fielded a dozen phone calls from me trying to work out the details of getting my car moved to the dealership and were friendly and helpful. The price of the tow and diagnosing was beyond fair.

We've been with Marshall for over 20 years. Yes, their prices are competitive but their service is uncompromising. I take the service contract every year to get the oil burner cleaned before the season sets in and because I know that sometime during the winter something will go wrong because it just does. These guys are fast and knowledgeable, they even carry spare thermostats. Once I had about six service guys here figuring out a wire problem, and they fixed it. No reason to go anywhere else I promise.

There is such an advantage to going with a local company and supporting your community. I knew these guys were courteous, prompt and helpful but this winter they really went above and beyond in an emergency to keep my house safe. I received personal attention (and some digging in the snow) from "the boss' and it just shows that he cares about his customers. I made the right choice and they have a loyal customer!
